We feel that all work, changes in parts, customization, etc… be performed by an experienced and capable professional, or contact us for timeline and availability to have the work performed by Evolve Weapons Systems.

Repair requests will be made through the Customer Service Department and at the time an RMA number will be issued. If the item was purchased directly from Evolve Weapons Systems please have your order number and e-mail ready before contacting a Customer Service Representative. If a product was not ordered from Evolve Weapons Systems please provide an invoice from the dealer from which the product was purchased from (when available) and send the invoice to Customer Service through e-mail. When sending products for repair the contents of the package must be adequately secure to protect from damage that may occur during the shipping process. Evolve Weapons Systems is not responsible for damage of a product caused by shipping.
Should your firearm require adjustment or repair, contact Evolve Weapons Systems and you will receive shipping instructions. For spare parts, seek advice from the dealer who should have up-to-date information on how to best obtain genuine parts.
