The Evolve Weapons Systems receiver set is more than just an upper and lower randomly selected and packaged together. The upper is hand fit to the lower receiver it is going with. The takedown/pivot pin bores are machined undersized and then hand reamed to the proper size together with the upper installed on the lower after the lugs are hand fit. This not only ensures the holes are the correct size, but that they are perfectly straight with each other. Just like with the stand alone lower, the trigger pin and safety holes are also hand reamed to the perfect final size, then hand chamfered to remove any burrs as well as prevent chipping in the finish after anodizing or cerakote when parts are being installed. The receivers are made from 7075 forgings and carry a full lifetime warranty.
